About

I’m an AI strategy consultant, builder, and writer based in Bethesda, Maryland. I grew up in Singapore and have lived in Washington DC since 2008.

At Accenture, I help public sector clients embed AI into core business processes, with expertise in responsible AI use, agent development, and AI tool selection for enterprise use cases. My client work spans energy and utilities, including utility integrated resource planning, solar compliance, and battery storage permitting.

Outside of work, I build software as side projects using AI-assisted development, working across iOS/macOS, progressive web apps, and web applications. I’ve been writing online since 2002, and this site collects twenty years of that writing alongside my current work.

I love wordplay, trivia, and competition. I’m an active crossword tournament participant, LearnedLeague member, and lifelong Everton supporter. I also have a soft spot for mid-90s Mandopop ballads.
